TJ Cavin brings over a decade of hands-on technical expertise, beginning his career in the automotive industry before transitioning to the HVAC testing, adjusting, and balancing (TAB) field. He is a graduate of Northeast State Community College, where he earned an Automotive Service Technical Certification and achieved placement on the Vice President’s List every semester, demonstrating his dedication to academic excellence and technical mastery.

In March 2023, TJ joined the Provision Environmental team, quickly distinguishing himself as one of the company’s most capable and dependable field supervisors. His strong mechanical background, problem-solving abilities, and commitment to quality have enabled him to successfully oversee a variety of balancing projects, ensuring that systems perform efficiently, accurately, and in full compliance with specifications.
